We are governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board play an important role in making sure that the charity is run in the interests of the people it is there to support. In addition to this they work hard to uphold our vision, protect our assets and funds and ensure that we comply with legislation and regulation.

The Ashley Foundation have a new Board of Trustees and their profiles will be posted shortly.

Lisa Edwards – Chair of  Trustees

Lisa joined the Board in May 2019.

Lisa worked in Operations Management in the Regeneration sector for over a third of her career – heading up operations involved in addressing homelessness, ex-offender rehabilitation, employment, family support services and engagement with those disconnected from mainstream services and support.

For the last 12 years, she has been Managing Director of HR Partner, a consultancy supporting SME businesses across the North West. She has continued to be involved in supporting several charities locally and is committed to helping drive the future of the Foundation.
